Cathryn Zampatti is the principal of Zampatti Lawyers. She was admitted to legal practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland in November 2018, and to the High Court of Australia in January 2020. Cathryn specialises in family law and domestic violence matters, and her legal experience is complemented by 18 years of service in the Western Australia Police Service, including as a District Domestic Violence Officer, giving her genuine, first-hand strength as an advocate in domestic violence matters.

Cathryn is committed to achieving the best outcome for her clients and values building real relationships with them, staying available and keeping clients informed throughout their matter. What's the difference between a Protection Order application and responding to one?

If you're applying for a Protection Order (DVO), we help you through either a police application or a private application. If an application has been made against you, we can help you respond to it. We also handle matters relating to breaches of existing Protection Orders.

Do I have to come to your office?

No. While we have offices across several Brisbane locations, we can also come to you or work with you remotely, both during and outside standard business hours.
